Travis began his career in loss prevention and as a licensed private investigator, where he developed an early understanding of risk, situational awareness, and the practical measures that protect people and property. He later moved into uniformed security, helping safeguard buildings and employees through CCTV, alarm monitoring, and hands-on security operations.
His path then expanded into information technology. After working on an IT help desk and as a Network Operations Center analyst, Travis advanced through technical services—from technician to senior technician and ultimately manager across multiple call-center locations.
He continued building his expertise in cybersecurity, first as an analyst and then in management roles. Today, he works in the financial industry within information security and risk management, where protecting sensitive data, evaluating risk, and building dependable safeguards are central to his work.
